Clown & Co. a silly name for a serious business.

Mission: We explore the self in all its ridiculousness in order to be fully present in our own lives.

How can we become better parents, employees, bosses, caretakers, friends, and partners? By returning to the self, bringing the truest self to our lives. And how do we find that truest self? Through play, through failure, through connection, through pleasure. And where do we explore all these things? In clown.

Clown Lab is a place where we slow down, we show up, and we solve problems. We remember our squishy physical bodies, we connect to the magic that is the beyond, we discover each other. It’s a space to not know. It’s a space to freely play. It’s a space to reconnect.
